Too far away for an office visit? No problem, phone, and Skype sessions are available, and, it is just as effective. You can experience the transformative power of hypnotherapy from the comfort of your home or office. As long as you have a space that is free of noise and distraction, you will find that the moment we begin and you close your eyes, it is no different than being in my office.
What to expect:
The first session is hypnotic programming where you will experience a very relaxed state of mind and body. While you are in this very relaxed state, I will provide you with powerful and positive suggestions based on your goals and desires. You will also receive a free mp3 download of your session. Many people experience a profound shift after just one session.
If any blocks remain that keep you from living your best life, subsequent sessions will include even more powerful techniques such as regression, breathwork, or parts work. We will discover what long-held beliefs are holding you back and convert those into new positive and powerful beliefs determined by your goals and desires so you can move forward in your life.

I am a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, however, Hypnotherapy is not intended to replace care from a licensed Medical Doctor or Mental Health Care Professional. In order to work with pain or diagnosed mental or physical conditions a referral from a licensed practitioner of the healing arts per Florida Statues Section 485 is required. If you are under the care of a medical professional for any condition for which you are seeking hypnosis support, please obtain a signed, written referral from your provider prior to engaging me and moving forward with related sessions.
